A Flat Fee Broker or Flat Fee Realtor has a different fee structure from typical full pay real estate brokerage firms. If you want Flat Fee Broker, we will help with all the services you need in order to close escrow.

We will:

 List your home on the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ).

 Provide and guide you through all the disclosures you need to close escrow.

 Install yard signs and/or a Supra lock box.

If you want to pay a flat fee to sell your home instead of using our standard commission schedule let us know your budget, and we will try to work with you! If the selling price of your home is significantly higher than average it can make sense for you to use a flat fee Realtor rather than pay the broker's standard commissions. You'd save money, and it typically does not require more time and effort for a real estate broker to sell a more expensive home than a less expensive home.
